Garlic Varieties

The Garlic Bins are empty right now, but next years crop is in the ground.  Winter has been very mild till now (Jan. 23), and it is making it hard to be patient and wait for spring.

It's always fun to see the new plants popping out of the ground.

Uses

Is there anything you can't use garlic for?  We use a lot of garlic, and keep finding new uses.

 One of my favorites is when Phil roasts the garlic slices and grinds them to make home made garlic powder.  It has a much more intense garlic flavor.
